"BIM-based Procurement Module Development" (RFQ) project finished

buildworks technologies OÜ is pleased to announce the successful completion of the development project "BIM-based Procurement Module Development" (RFQ - Request for Quotation).

The goal of the project was to develop and bring to market a digital solution (application) that would allow participants in the construction market to conduct price inquiry or procurement procedures based on the project's BIM model and the information embedded in it.

The application was created as part of the build.works platform and is integrated with other applications of the build.works platform, providing the user with an efficient integrated business process logic.

As a result of the application’s implementation, the efficiency of inquiries and procurement management will increase, and the number of errors resulting from information exchange will decrease. The created solution also allows bids to be received in a predefined structured format (price proposal structure), enabling easy comparison of them and the use of the results in subsequent processes (budgeting, project execution, etc.).

The project was carried out as part of the European Recovery and Resilience Plan "Digital Transformation of Enterprises" Construction E-Leap support program and was co-financed by the European Union's "NextGenerationEU" program. The project was co-financed at 50% of total project costs (in the amount of €88,000).

The project was carried out between: 06.05.2024 – 31.03.2025.

"BIM-i põhise hankemooduli arendus" projekt lõpetatud

buildworks technologies OÜ-l on hea meel teavitada arendusprojekti „BIM-i põhise hankemooduli arendus“ edukast lõpuleviimisest.

Projekti eesmärgiks oli välja töötada ja tuua turule digitaalne lahendus (rakendus), mis võimaldaks ehitusturu osalistel viia läbi hinnapäringu- või hankemenetlusi kasutades selleks efektiivselt projekti BIM mudelit ja selles sisalduvat infot.

Rakendus loodi build.works platvormi osana ning on integreeritud build.works platvormi teiste rakendustega pakkudes kasutajale efektiivset ühendatud äriprotsesside loogikat.

Rakenduse kasutuselevõtu tulemusel suureneb päringute ja hangete korraldamise efektiivsus ning väheneb infovahetusest tulenevate vigade arv. Loodud lahendus võimaldab ka pakkumused vastu võtta ette antud struktureeritud kujul (hinnapakkumuse ülesehitus), luues võimaluse neid omavahel võrrelda ning tulemused võtta hõlpsalt kasutusele järgnevates protsessides (eelarvestamine, projekti elluviimine, jne).

Projekt teostati Euroopa taaste- ja vastupidavuskava „Ettevõtete digipööre“ Ehituse e-hüppe toetusprogrammi raames ning on kaasrahastatud Euroopa Liidu „NextGenerationEU“ poolt. Projekti kaasrahastati toetusena 50% ulatuses projekti kogukuludest (summas 88,000€).
